Knowledge is Beautifulby ~magicmanad

This image was created as an experiment, based partially on a lighting effects tutorial I found at [link] . The concept for the image is that the pages of the open book are emanating little bubbles of knowledge which are rising up into the air. The waves of text are quotes from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, because Douglas Adams' wit is the only thing I could think of bright enough to shine with such a brilliance.

Thanks! It's fun to think of knowledge as something that shimmers and bubbles and emanates from text, so I decided to depict it as such.

Thanks, and have fun. It's a really fun tutorial because of how open-ended it is. It showed me several non-destructive alternate methods for things that I hadn't even thought of.
